Every formula is built from raw perfumery materials — isolated aromachemicals, essential oils, and natural absolutes — weighed and blended by hand in small batches. Mass-market candles begin with pre-mixed craft fragrance oils, bought finished and poured unchanged; the compromise is the same for everyone using them.
Building from raw material means the structure is ours: which note leads, how the heart holds through hour three, what remains at the base of a five-hour burn. A 9% concentrate load in 91% coconut-soy wax carries that structure across a full room. Nothing is adjusted for cost after the formula is set.
Cardamom and violet leaf open dry and cool; papyrus and Virginia cedar hold the middle; cashmeran and mineral amber stay close to the body for hours. 15% concentration, 50 mL.
